Overview

Leidos is an American defense, aviation, information technology, and biomedical research company. Leidos needed a creative solution to display its global market capabilities, locations, employees, and resources. They wanted something they could take on the road to trade shows and put on display at their corporate office in Washington, DC, when not traveling.

The application built housed both public-facing and classified data, all while having the ability to update information in real-time by their staff. The interactive globe lived on a 65-inch monitor with 20+ interactive touchpoints and invited users to spin the globe around, zoom in and out, and view market data, photos, employees, and various information. An access keypad allows government officials with the assigned code to access top-secret locations and site data.

Overview

After the initial success of the Global Capabilities Map, Leidos asked to repurpose the touchscreen appllication for the purpose of displaying current job openings available at Leidos.

They needed something portable and updatable to take to trade shows to help streamline their highering process & inform the public about the exciting current global opportunities at Leidos.

The GOAL (Global Opportunities at Leidos) application developed in response allowed users to filter jobs by location or geographical position, learn about job specifications and requirements, and save the ones they found interest in at any time. After the event, a current leidos employee could follow up with potential new hires and send them further information.
